Assisting others improve their English skills has been my passion for many years now. I can help you develop the confidence to use English in conversations through dynamic discussion classes that cover interesting topics of your choice. I personally prefer a wide range of topics from English for day-to-day use to topics on science-related articles and business reports; this way, vocabulary improvement is optimized. Listening activities as well as exercises on paraphrasing of articles assigned for reading comprehension are common in order to boost the learner’s confidence in the use of the language. Classes are conducted in a relaxed and lively manner; however, I play close attention to grammar and pronunciation, pointing out mistakes along the way so that the learner can be aware of such pitfalls and commit them to memory. This is easily done through chat boxes in Skype or MSN. Even when not in class, I try to keep the learner(s) in an English thinking mode by regularly emailing topics for essay writing. I am always patient, open-minded and a strong believer in practice making things perfect. So let’s start practicing for better English skills, and have fun while doing so. Let's talk soon.
