I am a native English speaker who has a Bachelor in Science, Bachelor in Social Work and a Masters in International Relations. I have had experience teaching English to University students in Cuba and school age children in Nicaragua. I have also studied a second language myself and therefore I am aware of the difficulties that students can face whilst learning a second language and how to overcome such difficulties. When teaching English I like to use a variety of methodologies including conversational activities, reading, writing, grammar and exercises. I am also aware that individual students have different styles of learning and therefore I cater lessons accordingly to the student’s preferred learning style and needs.
